Started induction to ketosis last Saturday. Going well. Exercising by walking twice daily. Can't believe how fat I have let myself get! Husband joining me on evening walks. His Dr. told him twice a day is the key. 15 minutes is fine. I am going for longer than that, but having trouble getting in two sessions. DETERMINED to lose and never be this fat again. History of YOYO weight. Hate looking like this more than anything else. I am pretty healthy otherwise. This time my stomach area has inflated more than I have ever seen it. GROSS. Need to get to a place where I am not embarrassed of my appearance.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
