Totally discouraged and frustrated today. I have followed the diet meticulously and today I have gained weight. How is that possible on LESS than 500 calories per day? I feel like giving up.
237.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

How are you dosing? Are you close to TOM? Also, I notice there is starch in your diet and mixing of veggies and proteins, which is not strictly protocol. I've heard on message boards that others slow down week 2 or 3, like your body is getting used to the loss, but then one day you'll see a large drop and it averages out. Good luck!

Look how much you have lost! Why would you let a little gain derail all you hard work. You can see a water weight gain from many things, many which don't include food. It could be hormones, medications, stress, etc. Drink plenty of water and keep going. It will come off. Don't let anything stop you from getting healthy.
