Got my whoosh. (how much does it have to be to be a whoosh?) 😜 But it's legs today so probably gone tomorrow. For today- I am happy- not satisfied- but happy.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

To me a whoosh is a big drop, water, fat, whatever, just down. You're doing great and you're seeing the rewards of your hard work, and that's what matters. 💛
