Last 48 hrs have been a little off but not horrible and I expect the gain is due mostly to the increased water that comes with increased carbs. I ate pasta but it was whole wheat and I made an apple pie but made it with splenda so there was crust. Have exercised more and plan to return to usual eating plan immediately. Will be out of town part of the week and will need to make good choices. My gym is starting a contest and I may try to meet it - it is 1 exercise class of your choice everyday for 10 days from Nov 17 to thanksgiving. There is one day that I will have trouble getting there - but may try anyway! It has a fairly decent prize and all who complete the challenge can win!
