Well today at work I climbed down 520 stairs in a fire drill...well more like sped walk down them. I felt okay after. My hip hurts a bit from "insanity" work out.
I am interested in going up those stairs...all 520 of them during my lunch hour, and will do it on Friday!
I am big and fat but at least I am not totally inactive. I watched a show on people who ran 250 km in six days in iceland in the bitter cold..now that is a challenge..a short 520 jaunt up to the 26th floor of my office building isnt so bad. I will attemp. I may give up around 300 who knows but at least its a start!
