Not to bad a start.
Need to find something that keeps me fuller longer than eggs.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do oatmeal and a bowl of fruit...I like my two egg omelette with half cup of beans and lots of salsa.. That really keep me full until lunch.

wonderful start! I love a good omelette, add a whole grain slice of toast...whatever, you have really started great!
