Day 1 of Eat Clean challenge, non fat latte and egg whites with spinach, had to choke it down, tasted good, but totally not a breakfast eater. I have steel cut oats cooked for snack, broccoli and chicken, organic brown rice, black beans for lunch. Worked out on the elliptical for 10 minutes, got the blood flowing!
