Uhhhh what happened to me not weighing again until the 10th. I have no patience. I guess I just want to make sure I'm staying on track. I need to figure out a way to keep track of EVERY little thing I pop into my mouth because I feel like I'm not consuming enough calories throughout the day. I just don't want to fudge a little a risk gaining it back. This seems to be keeping me full throughout the day and I can't force myself to eat any more than I already am.
