Between medications, physical limitations, and sleep deprivation, it is no wonder I gained 30 pounds! Now, thankfully I decided to do something about it before it got bad enough for others to notice when I have clothes on, but I am afraid to look at myself in the mirror anymore! I use to be so thin and really enjoyed being able to eat whatever I wanted without recourse. But, after a failed back surgery and medications that cause weight gain, I am no longer in that boat. If I don't want to end up with 100's to lose instead of 10's, I better stop it now!
