Again I see no movement in the scale!! I continue to feel better than before I started dieting. I know that I am impatient to see results. I want to have a real noticeable weight lose by Christmas when my family gets together. Many of us will be together on Thanksgiving, but my sister and several of my cousins will not be in until Christmas. I want to be well on my way to "Skinny" pictures with Mickey by the time they come for a visit.
