July 18, 2020 disappointed to gain two lbs probably uncontrolled snacking and salt plus sluggish digestion. Plan to fry up a pork steak and baked potato for son, hamburger for grandpa and me. He can't chew anything tough so hamburger is best, and son declines to eat beef. Hopefully we can make a healthy meal with lots of veggies and a salad. grandpa's need for sugar means there are desserts on the table, ones he buys, at every meal.
