I know it’s just the start but I feel like I’m doing it right this time. I found a drink that I like that has successfully taken the place of Pepsi for me and is keeping the caffeine headaches away. I’m eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack or two so I’m not starving thought it the day and I’m fitting indulgences that I would normally crave into my calorie count for the day so I don’t feel like I’m being deprived of anything. I feel like this is less of a diet and more of a lifestyle change and I’m not having a difficult time transitioning. For the first time I feel in control and like I can take on the world.
