I am so proud of myself I just started this low carb diet and I had a church thing at olive garden tonight. I am so proud of myself I am a beginner at this and I only went over my carbs by 20 for the entire day. I know I still went over but I tried so hard and it was only by a little. Yeah I still feel bad that I went over but still proud I made a good choice and still didn't hot my calorie count . I am still learning and learning to make good choices especially when I am out is going to be the hardest this and being able to recognize what is higher or lower in carbs and I know duh bread but I mean the less obvious like tomatoes and bananas. Im learning and really trying! Wish me luck to continue.
