Tomorrow is my daughter's 8th birthday. I'm so brilliant to sign up for the Sweet Tooth challenge...how am I going to get away with not eating a piece of her birthday cake? It is carrot cake (can I count that as a vegetable?).
I have no willpower as it is....arrggh.

I think if I can get through her birthday and our trip to Atlanta this weekend, I'll be past the hard part and should be able to substitute fruit...it's just GETTING to next Monday that will be the real challenge!
