0.5 lb gain for the week.. not that bad considering I've been scarfing down candy all damned week. Stupid Halloween. Stupid stress. *sigh* I even had a few beers this weekend, and splurged twice on taco bell!
236.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
