Did much better today after a promise to my hubby that I would have NO candy today...
Huge headache though. I'm cutting back on all the caffeine and soda. I drink lots of Diet to help me get through the day, but I'm cutting back to one glass. I thought two would be okay, but after this headache, I hate how it's messing with my body.
Drinking more water! :)
My knee still hurts pretty bad, but I think I may be able to do the elliptical tomorrow. I may get up early in the morning to do it. Then walking with the ladies tomorrow night.
I think I'll make some shrimp tomorrow.. Yumm. with lots of veggies!! :D
