Ok so it always seems like I have a question to ask every time I get on, I thank you all who write me back. First of all I know sugar is bad, but whats the difference between corn sugar/syrup and cane sugar. I don't eat corn because its sweet So beach says not to have it. And then is it really any better to have fake sugar like splenda? {chemicals}? I'd rather put something natural in my body then fake stuff {chemicals} I don't know what to do. White, enriched refined, thats just gross lol

Table sugar consists mostly of sucrose, a molecule that contains both glucose and fructose which comes from sugar cane or sugar beets. Corn syrup is made from corn milled in to corn starch and turned in to a liquid. It consists mostly of glucose. Enzymes then turn the glucose in to fructose, which is in soda and most processed foods. Corn syrup is much cheaper than sugar. So they put it in foods that they never did before to add sweetness. So now tons of foods have hidden sugars and people are gaining more and more weight. Your better off with sugar, lol. It's all about moderation. Make your main diet about lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Add in processed foods sparingly. Good luck!
