I have actually bought a mountain bike (used, of course)! And now it's done 72 hours of quarantine, I went on a ride today! 30 minutes of hell! I haven't cycled for years (apart from exercise biking in my study) and it was exhausting!

Still, I survived it!

Cycling gets easier, I thought I was going to be disabled for life the first time I got off the bike. 😆 just have to keep at it and make sure you up your water intake!
