Last week was the most difficult by far since I've started Atkins. I had cravings extremely bad on one day, and then I made the choice to go to the Fair and I was like a carb junkie!! Sigh....well it's only once a year and now it's history. Back on track today, and as we speak my office is celebrating October birthdays (of which I am one) with a birthday cake. I choose to pass this up and stay on program (yah me). I gained 4 and I am very hopeful that I can lose at least 2 this week. Hope everyone has a great week! I'll be sure to report my success next Monday!
