It was a pretty wasted weekend. Everything just went downhill since Thursday dinner. I think that I was secretly feeling deprived and didn't even have the courage to confront myself. Denial is never a good thing. I was more with the " oh man, I can't eat I can't eat, however much I want to eat, I shouldn't eat" mentality, which was not constructive and it brought too much negative influence on my mind. I will change my habits from changing the way of thinking now " I get to choose what kind of life I want to live, and I get to choose what I want to eat. The food is always there. I have my life time to have it. Always give it ten minutes before I give in to cravings. " I can do this. It shall happen.

i have found it helpful to drink a bottle of water before i eat, i also dont deprive myself of food, i eat what i like, i just watch my portion control and with drinking the water before makes you feel full faster. my idea on my diet is that i am not going to go all crazy with diet food, i am going to cook meals like normal, becuz once im done dieting, those are the foods i will be eating....although i do eat more steamed veggies and alot of fruit and yogurt but those things i will also eat even after i reach my goal weight. just give it a try, it works for me and maybe will for you too

Girl you've been doing a great job. Don't be too hard on yourself- once this stops being fun, and you start torturing yourself with guilt, then you're going to want to stay on track even less. Don't give up. I know that sometimes our feedback for each other can be a bit negative- we should try to change that. If you're hungry, eat something. Soup, oatmeal and fruit are filling and low in calories. If you feel like you're starving, you will be even more miserable. I know it's challenging- I also ate a lot of food this weekend, and I know how you feel: it's a huge challenge bouncing back. We can do it!!
