Weight and measurements same as 3 months ago. No change in waist 26 thigh 19.5, bicep ? 7.5 ? Weight at 153.4
portion control? alcohol? no snacking? blood sugar? glycemic index?
Not sure what to do?
Started out in June 2012 at 166. June/Sept 2013 at 153. so that is 13 lbs in 1 year. :-( thought it would be more since I as working out SO SO hard and really watching what I eat.
