Good Morning Peeps!
Well, I'm off to Curves today and then up to my son's school to decorate for a Harvest Party. I have a busy day today. I have to go the the funeral home at some point and have another thing to do tonight.
Some have asked about my cookie baking. We baked 2000 dozen cookies last year to sell to the public. Mostly hospital personnel. We make 20 different kinds, plus big pumpkin rolls and fudge. We do Lady Locks, Neiman Marcus, buckeys, oreo balls, nut horns, apricot crescents, jam filled oatmeal, raspberry sandwich, sugar, pb blossoms, and the list goes on. We bake them in two big pizza ovens and we have a large hobart mixer that we mix in. We use fresh ingredients and no mixes.
My MIL wants me to come up with some healthier lunch ideas and make them for us throughout the work weeks. We usually have a nice lunch for us and the two ladies that help us. I was thinking of some soups that I can put in the crock pot.
Well, I have to come up with dinner in the crockpot tonight too. Too much running around today to fix it later. Hope you all have a great day!!
