Holiday weekends are tough! I should have lost but apple pie and ice cream are NOT the way to do that.
I'm going to use my weekly average form my Fitbit app for my weight from now on. It has been trending down a bit each week so I feel like it may be more accurate. Let's hope it keeps going that way.
