I did stay on course -this past week. Just travleing and not by computer.

Need to look up and write down what I eat. If I let the computer do it. I don't know/remember what each items point value is.

Easier to make good choices when I know the values.

Seems like I am full and getting enough to eat, but hate to think I just can not have what I want when I want it.

They had german chocolate brownies at work. I really did not want one (can get it any time - it just that they were there and I should not it one) But I'd like to be able to eat anything anytime.

Need to get over it. I want to keep losing - and keep it off.

It is hard to get beyond that "cant have" thing. I deal with it all the time...especially Halloween. It really affected my mood. I have to get over that head trip.

me too, all i could think about is, candy..and more candy.. oh and popcorn balls..
