Carol, I hope you feel better soon. Don't you just love how food that's bad for us makes us feel like crap and food that's good for us makes us feel great. And yet we still crave the bad stuff. Haha. The pineapple green smoothie was on Sk1nny's August 17th journal. I'll PM it to you. It makes 4 servings. I just halve it and make two servings. This is what I do with mine: Pineapple Coconut Green Smoothie
- high in Vitamin C, anti-inflammatory immune support, natural rick source of vitamin A & beta-carotine, prevents cough and colds, promotes natural detoxification. Ingredients: 2 cups frozen pineapple; 1 1/2 cup coconut water; 2 tbsp raw cashews; 1 tbsp dried unsweetened coconut; 2 tbsp raw fit protein; 1 medium frozen banana; 1 date, pitted; 1 1/2 large leaves chopped curly kale. Mine makes (2) 12 oz smoothies so I just split it between (2) small or tall cups. Yes I did buy additional tall cups. LOL. Hope you love it as much as I do.
