I had one heck of a day today....half the morning and mid-afternoon was spent in a panic on whether or not we were going to be taken away by a tornado! All I want tonight is comfort foods...I almost caved at dinner but knew I'd feel like crap if I did..so, I picked the best option which was to have an Atkins endulge bar...brought me way over in Total carb count, but I'm still way low in the New count area...I'm also having a lot of cravings and I'm sure it's due to PMS...I'm struggling but feeling like I can get through this one step at a time!!!

Hang in there bigmamajojo. Stress will definitely make you crave food. Just remember that that eating food is just a temporary fix. I've been struggling myself so I know how hard it is.
