Sunday afternoon and I've finally got my butt off the couch and am getting some stuff done. I've six chicken breasts in the oven, a bunch of potatoes baking (SO yummy with low-fat peppercorn ranch dressing and LOTS of salsa), and have started a pot of split pea soup for my lunches this week. At one point I'll have to jump in the shower - yes, that's the kind of day it's been. Cat is off sunning himself on my deck - a beautiful 9C out there! I'll take every day like this that I can!
