Starting over. Again.
After doing so well last year with sticking to the lifestyle change, and exercise, health problems and various life crises gave me the convenient excuse to fall off the wagon. I lost a grandmother, and just last month, my father. Still having difficulty with my heel, but though I can't really do much in the way of walking, I have got to get the food under control. Too much emotional eating- I know that's a coping mechanism for me.
