Wow! Not only did the Carb Cycling NOT work for me but I GAINED back 4 lbs from it. I give up!
I am going back to the BFC diet diet again...inevitably I will plateau and then when that happens I guess I will take diet pills and go on a liquid diet until I get to my goal. After that I will never eat anything I love again.......what a sad existence.....c'est la vie! I am very depressed today...can ya tell? Sigh.............really really bad weekend. Lots of drama.

Been there. Just hang in. Try to eat a healthy amount of calories and just keep plugging; as you stay at a certain (reasonable but limited) calorie level your appetite will decrease until you can eat a bit under that limit, and you'll be able to lose more easily.

Well I am really unhappy becuase I lost 13 lbs and as soon as I ate something that was NOT really healthy I gained 5 back! Ridiculous! I guess I really do have to eat healthy for the rest of my life if I want to be thin....thanks for the support though. :-)
