First fast day on the 5:2 diet. Eat 500 calories 2 days a week and between 1400-1700 calories the other 5 days. So averaged out (whatever)I will be eating 1143-1357 calories over the course of a week. Choosing lower carb and calorie foods. Today I will be eating 499 calories.

Ended up eating my dh pea soup instead of what I was going to make. Not sure of the calorie count so used the nutritional info out of the database hope this doesn't screw me up too bad. Calorie count for the day was 498.
