Moved to Oakland while still working in Sacramento. Has really effected my eating habits. Being on the run so often has me eating fast food (which I don't even like the taste of) WAY more often than before. Have put on about 5lbs as a result. So I am starting up my food log again hoping that it will help me monitor a little better. Exercise or rather lack there of is also an issue right now. Haven't even been walking my dog. It's time to step my game back up.
