Church today. We had a meal for the youth after church. I took my own lunch so i could stay on program. I skipped the donuts for breakfast and avoided the cookies, chips and meatball subs for lunch.
I still have a family gathering to make it through tonight. I will take mushrooms and zucchini to grill to help me stay on track. My DH step sister is a vegetarian so she will be helpful as well.
