I haven't exercised for a week now. Just done feel like it. Seemed to have lost the motivation. I know I have to reach sown deep and find it again. Ugh.

When I do not want to workout, I lower my expectations a bit. To get myself in the gym I say to myself that I am only going to do 2 exercises per body part instead of 4 exercises or maybe even 1. Getting in and doing something is better than nothing.
