Doing well. Getting long walks in today and yesterday. I will bundle up in winter and continue to go for walks as much as possible unless the sidewalks are icy. I think this makes more sense to eat sensibly and get exercise instead of a diet I can't do long-term. It only got up to 50* yesterday and was windy - so it felt colder and today it was maybe about 60* with no wind so it was much better going for a walk. I hope everyone is well...

The energy on windy day's is invigorating for me, just need to be wary of fallen branches and to stay warm. Enjoy your walks my friend:)

Hi Lotus and Lisa, it wasn't THAT windy on Friday. Yesterday it was a lot warmer about 60* and it's going to maybe get to 65* today, but be cloudy here. Lotus - you CAN get exercise in just by walking around a safe area in your city - just put a cover or hat on of some sort to keep the hot sun of Bangladesh off of you... Later in the week upcoming it is supposed to get quite mild outside here...
