I'm following the tips from Prevention.com.
Last year I cancelled my subscription to Women's Health, etc because it occurred to me that EVERY plan would work, it was just a matter of me DOING the plan. So I pledged not to subscribe to another magazine until I have actually made some good habits for myself, not just followed a fad.
It's good to finally have a reward that's not a night out drinking or dining.
