For 8/20/13: 1st day back on low-carb. Didn't really feel hungry or crave anything. I kept dwelling on eating a snack between breakfast & lunch, even though I wasn't hungry. I think it was more because I realized that my breakfast was under 300 calories and I "knew" that wasn't enough calories for me.
I ellipticized for 24 minutes at the gym today wearing my barefoot sandals. Left foot got a little numb near the end. It didn't feel as hard to go that long as it did the last time I exercised on the elliptical (which was sometime in early 2012 in Vallejo).
Absolutely exhausted after working out. Didn't have that hard of a time going to bed at an earlier hour. I tried for 10, but couldn't fall asleep until 10:30 or so.
