Boy am I feeling it today.....I finally managed to meet my challenge and held the plank position for 180s :0) I DID IT!!! I am soooooo pleased with myself it only took a couple of days but perseverance got me there in the end and I’m sure if I keep persevering I will reach all the weight loss goals I set right?!?!?! but today my whole body aches even in places I didn’t know could ache!! On this morning’s walk I could really feel it and thought I was doing really bad but when I look at my stats they actually look ok!

Well done! Make sure that it's the right kind of aches though. It's okay for things to ache, but never okay for things to hurt. :)
