Well Well Well It has been a long time. I have been working out a lot. But heres my thing How can my weight gain be from muscle? 5lbs of fat is the same as 5lbs of muscle. Which weighs more 10lbs of cotton or 10lbs of bricks?
Im still eating the same but exercising more.

Exercise can cause muscles to retain water which can show as a gain on the scale. Muscle is also more dense than fat, so if you lose fat and gain a little lean muscle, you will go down in sizes but could technically go up a tiny bit on the scale. You could weigh 150 and be a size 4 (with exercise) or weigh 140 and be a size 6 (without exercise). Just keep going, it will work out.

Oh ok see I'm still trying to figure all this out. But I'm finding that important part is exercising and eating right. I'm sure we all don't like the scale but what does it really tell us? I look at my clothes, and the still fit even tho I weigh more. Ty for that imfo
