kingkeld's Journal, 21 October 2010

Today will be a lazy day. It is vacation time and my wife and I are enjoying a day at home, doing absolutely nothing. We are watching shows on tv, surfing online and not planning for the most of the day to get much more exciting than that.
Tonight, we are doing with a friend to a little inn in the area. They are offering "eat all you can" "stegt flæsk" (a Danish variation of bacon, though that is not a fully correct describtion) with potatoes and parsley gravy. This is a very deliscious dish, but of course the food is high on calories. I have prepped myself mentally for this and already entered my food intake for tonight, so I know EXACTLY how much I can have. Now I just hope I can live up to it.
The lazy day and the not-too-good choice of dinner will probably prevent me from losing much weight today. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. I have done so well, and I think I can - honestly - stay at 2000 cal today, if I do good. We will see. Life is good.

I think that is great you are preparing for this dinner, that is good your are punching things in early and know how much you can eat, it does better prepare you to do that, good idea. I have found myself doing that a couple times too, then you know when you have to stop. Keep up the good work you are doing great!
