Good morning All , Trust all is well under the circumstances. I need so motivation and guidance , I started 1 month ago eating clean and exercising, the 2nd week I lot 1.8kg and was so motivated since then my weight had been consistent , and I'm starting to feel demotivated , in have good carbs , healthy fats and lots of protein, not sure what my next move is , there is a small difference in cm .

Don't feel dismayed there's ALWAYS a solution it could be as simple as you not drinking enough water which is vital for weight loss. Personally I don't drink less than 3 litres a day and I'm planning to start aiming for 4.Hey if nothing else those bathroom runs will definitely help burn calories haha!!But seriously now...if you feel you're already drinking enough water maybe you must start counting calories. It's a bit of a pain, but works wonders for most people.Find out what you're daily calorie intake must be for effective weight loss and stick to it.Good luck and hope to see you progress again very soon!!

you could very well be gaining muscle, it’s a lot heavier than fat. the weight you lost in the beginning was mostly water weight as fat takes time to burn
