I haven't been keeping track of my food, exercise or weight much in the last week. Bad Stuart! [sound of a nun whacking the back of my hand with a ruler] Ouch. Hopefully, I'm back on track.
Good news, though...I was able to play three sets of tennis on Saturday, so maybe my knee injury is better! I haven't played since June, with the exception of one set in September.
