Well back in March I started WW. I lost 32 lbs in a short amount of time but when we went on a vacation in July I indulged and have not been able to get back on track. I have gained back 4 lbs in total which isn't that bad but I know it will slowly all come back if I don't stop eating everything in site! So I have decided to do low carb for a couple of weeks to see if that will jump start me. I can't afford the Atkins book but have checked out their website for info. If someone can check out my diet calendar to see if I'm on track that would be great. (today is on tomorrow-i'm slow) I have just chocked down 3 boiled eggs for breakfast. This is going to be a hard two weeks!!
