Well its been a month since I have been back to school. Commuting and the workload made me exhausted and left me little time for anything else. I continued eating healthy though, just more than previously because I was doing so much. I found myself refusing bad food and craving healthy food. Hamburgers used to be my favorite food yet now the thought of eating one is so utterly unappealing. My body has been trained to turn down the bad food which is half the battle right? I think I finally got the hang of it though so now its time to start exercising again. the good news is that I only gained 5 pounds and am at 127 now. I could have swore that I gained it all back (133). I guess this is my new stable weight :) not too shabby! I don't think ill be recording any of my exercises or enter my food. I'm just going to stay below 400 calories for every meal and eat fruits and vegetables. I'm just too busy for anything else. Wish me luck! :)
127.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
