Look at your chart. You are losing great. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so if you weigh every day, you will see a lot of fluctuation. It is very normal. Eating to much sodium one day can make the scale go up the next. If I take a long bike ride and my muscles are sore, I can go up 4lbs the next day (muscles retain water to help them heal). There are many reasons for fluctuations including hormones, stress, medications,sickness, not enough sleep, etc. As long as over time, it's mostly downward, that is what counts and that is where you are headed. You are doing great.
