I am feeling prety weak today. I think I probably will keep my exercise to a minumum. I don't understand how eating so much less makes me put on weight.
I've been exercising low impact stuff and eating less to lose weight in 6 months, but looking at the daily it just looks like it keeps going up.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 October 2010:
1123 kcal Fat: 29.71g | Prot: 67.80g | Carb: 144.63g.   Breakfast: fat free cottage cheese. Lunch: Fast Bananna Strawberry Smoothie. Dinner: orange chicken, HEB Macaroni and cheese. Snacks/Other: milk, Strawberry Supreme. more...

Look at your chart. You are losing great. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so if you weigh every day, you will see a lot of fluctuation. It is very normal. Eating to much sodium one day can make the scale go up the next. If I take a long bike ride and my muscles are sore, I can go up 4lbs the next day (muscles retain water to help them heal). There are many reasons for fluctuations including hormones, stress, medications, sickness, not enough sleep, etc. As long as over time, it's mostly downward, that is what counts and that is where you are headed. You are doing great.

Thanks. Days when I see this it becomes discouraging. Good thing to keep in mind the facts.
