I worked out in the pool yesterday and swam 1275 meters nonstop. What an accomplishment for me!! I look back in my journal and remember the day that I was so happy I actually walked 1000 steps in a day. Sad, but its the truth, and I own it. I got out of the pool, stepped into the locker room,took my swimsuit off, and threw it in the garbage. The thing was 5 sizes too big, and I will never wear that size again.
