I feel guilty. I ate some pasta last night but it was the low carb stuff. It was very good but I ate too much of it and I felt stuffed and nauseous afterwards. I followed it up with some low carb cookies. I wasn't in ketosis when I got home last night so I figured I might as well experiment with some of my low carb foods. I am getting back on strict induction again today. No more Breakfast bars, nuts, & low carb products. Just the basices - meat, cheese, water, and low carb veggies. I can't give up my hazlenut coffee though. I can drink that and still lose because I have been drinking that all along. My weight has been fluctuating between 246 - 247 since Friday. I want to say a Big THANK YOU to everyone for all of your support. When I get a little bummed I know I can count on everyone here to lift me up. Thanks!

No need to feel guilty. It's over and done with. You fall down and then get up again. And anyway there will be days when we simply do not do as well as we could have done. Tomorrow is another day... it will be a great one too.

There must be something in the air! I've made a few suspect choices about what i've been eating the last two days! Try not to let the numbers on the scales dictate your happiness. Anyone can fluctuate by a pound or two from day to day. You know the hard work you've put in! I think the weight loss can start to slow down for a week or two at the stage you are at. I know i'll feel bummed out when it happens to me. but lets remember, we are all getting there eventually. And tomorrow WILL be a great day, enjoy your hazlenut coffee :)

I drink my french vanilla coffe every day too! Cant give up that cup first thing in the morning. I cant take the headache!! Keep your chin up. I didnt do too well on my birthday either. but today is a new day and we must keep up the good fight! WE CAN DO IT!!! :)

Your chart is an inspiration girl! Look at that - DOWN, DOwn Down , down. hehehe Doesnt matter if slow its in the right direction! I am staying on induction as long as it takes - all those choices confuse me and are expensive to buy here so I will just keep it simple.
