I did it! I made it through another kickboxing workout- 30 minutes this time! I wasn't too sore when I got up this morning but after sitting in the car and driving to work, I could definitely feel it. I really need to hone in on my eating. Working out and then eating junk or working out because I did eat junk is counterproductive. I know this and I know that I choose what to put in my body.
My husband says you have to do something 27 times before it becomes a habit. Walking is already a habit. Going to work hard on making working out every day a habit.
