From this point forward the weight loss is starting to slow down quite a bit.
The main reasons for this slow down are:
1: Reduced the running distances from 16km/day to 10km/day
2: Fatigue is generalized due to low fat to energy conversion.
3: Weather is bad and running is hard when you are wet.
Yesterday was first bad for me cause hunger was back, and after 5 slice of bread my stomach that is so small now could not handle them so I trow up, after that I felt better and the hunger was gone again.
One very important thing for me is that now if a food is bad i feel it instantly and the bad part is I trow it up.
I have 8Kg to lose that will be a pain cause by now I am used to fast lost weight.
* Unfortunately most of the fat is now separated from the muscles and it's sticking to the skin, and this is due to the carbohydrates food.
- But I am determined to see if i can burn all fat on a restrictive carbohydrate food intake. If not, the 0 carbs food intake will do it.
