Weigh in today. 300g lost. Small yay. Not quite one pound but after such a big weekend and poor eating in general the last few weeks it seems things are finally on the up. I just have to keep reminding myself that it's baby steps because although i know better, i just want it all to hurry up!!! :)
130.3 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
