I am glad that my daughter and I are doing this together. She is 6 inches taller than me and weighs more so she gets more points. Even so we manage to cook the same meals and just watch the portions. I eat two or three servings of vegitables where she may take a double portion of the main serving. This is working so far. I do not know yet if I have lost weight this week but I feel comfortable with what I have done and so I am hopefull.
